What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Identify and understand customer needs or market opportunities
- Analyse the company's product portfolio and assess how different
products can be combined to create a comprehensive solution for
the identified customer segment. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
management, marketing, deployment, support and sales, to ensure
alignment with overall business objectives. - Define the solution's value proposition, positioning, and key
messaging to resonate with the target customer segment. - With the help of the market intelligence team, conduct a thorough
market research and competitive analysis to validate the
proposition's viability and potential success. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-
market strategies and launch plans. - Work closely with product management, product marketing, and
sales teams to ensure successful proposition development and
market introduction. - Work closely with the service delivery departments to work out the
customer journey of all different stakeholders within the fleet
mobility segment.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-starter,
demonstrating proactive initiative, motivation, and the ability to
work independently to achieve objectives. - Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience, in business operations,
strategy/management, consulting or related fields. - An appetite for technology without being/becoming an expert.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, especially with
software-enabled hardware products is a plus. - Experience with managing high growth SaaS software businesses,
attached to hardware is a plus. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-
functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for
aligning diverse teams towards a common goal. - Expertise with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
Location
Preferably within commuting distance from one of our offices in Munich, Amsterdam, Radstadt or Reading.
