The Job

The Commercial Solar Performance Specialist will have primary responsibility for the operational health and performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects. The qualified candidate is experienced with solar energy, has some experience with monitoring platforms and solar data analysis and has demonstrated a track record of excellent customer service and client communications. This role requires a self-starter skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities, working across daily routine tasks as well as innovative projects. The Commercial Solar Performance Specialist will identify and resolve performance issues with commercial solar systems, deliver reporting obligations, provide technical support assistance to customers and service technicians.
The candidate will be required to provide weekend support for our Tier I clients that includes monitoring, issue identification and notification, and communicating with field service providers, working Saturday and Sunday as well as 3 additional weekdays of your choice.
