They run a vibrant and innovative IT and software business that aims to provide modern tech solutions to companies of all sizes. They help their clients drive innovation, simplify operations, and reach their goals. They're particularly successful in the medical industry. You'll help improve their online presence across various platforms and develop and manage the social media strategy to build brand awareness. You'll be engaging with their target audience, driving traffic, and improving conversions. You'll be responsible for creating persuasive content that their followers can connect with, relying on your expertise in the latest trends and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Increase their brand awareness and engagement by implementing social media strategies
- Prepare compelling content for various social media platforms, like X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Keep an eye on channels for trending ideas, news, and feedback
- Review analytics information to revise current strategies & guide future ones
- Cooperate with other departments to prepare campaigns
- Manage comments and interactions live
- Keep track of latest trends and best practices
- Manage ad campaigns
We're looking for the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent grasp of all platforms and best practices
- Written English proficiency and great communication skills
- Innovative and creative mindset to produce fresh ideas and strategies
- Experience using analytics tools
- Comfortable working independently and with a distributed team
- Bonus points for a degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
