Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content for the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas.
- Monitor and engage with the community on various social media
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand, customer base, product goals, and service offerings.
- Offer valuable suggestions to management for enhancing the customer experience on social platforms and improving internal processes.
- Learn and proficiently use internal software systems.
- Assist in the creation of performance reports to track social media

- Education, Experience, and Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year of a college undergraduate program or beyond.
- Previous experience or coursework in social media marketing is a plus, but not required
