As a Services Program Manager (SPM) SupplierXM (SXM) you’ll be Salsify clients’ trusted advisor for supporting client engagements and ensuring efficient implementations and adoption of the Salsify SXM solution in their respective contexts by meeting and exceeding client expectations and accelerating their time to value (TTV). You’ll act in a leading client engagement coordination role with “hands-on” consultant capacity in SXM client engagements and apply the Professional Services (PS) processes and tools for implementing the SXM solution including related data model artifacts.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Overall responsible for assigned client engagements, honoring respective contracts during projects and ongoing PS client engagements and accomplishing the set objectives
- Drives a streamlined and successful delivery of engagements in line with Salsify’s processes and SXM implementation guidelines
- Manages all aspects of the client experience, including expectation setting, communication, scope, budget, timeline, status reporting, risk management and mitigation.
- Effectively assigns and delegates work across multiple project teams including other cross-functional partners in the delivery (both internal and external to Salsify).
- Works autonomously through all problem-solving and change situations, and supports and mentors more junior PS resources to achieve a higher level of autonomy
- Leads/supports the techno-functional parts of the SXM implementation for assigned SXM engagements
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients by gaining their trust and respect
- Through client satisfaction support laying the foundation for upsells & further business
- Help achieve the set financial and operational KPIs for the PS team
- Support improving PS internal operations and shared knowledge of the evolving SXM solution

- Excelling in creating/modifying and maintaining the SXM solution’s data model artifacts (hands-on)
- Being highly aware of the impact changes in data model artifacts can have on clients on the SXM platform
- Supporting CSMs, sales and pre-sales during the sales cycle for Professional Services input and proposal or statement of work (SoW) creation
- Is capable of doing estimations, scoping, and opportunity identification.
- Executes all PMO expectations in alignment with Salsify and PS methodology with full autonomy in even the most complex and escalated scenarios
