Senior Value Advisor

Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for a Senior Value Advisor to join our Value Creation team. Reporting to the Director, Business Value, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with sales to set priorities, determine account plans, and strategy for key accounts in the region
  • Leading discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership teams to understand their vision, goals, and challenges
  • Collaborateing with cross-functional teams – Sales, Solutions Engineering / Architect, Transformation – to create compelling Proof of Value
  • Creating high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement, present multi-year roadmaps, and document the full business case to justify action
  • Identifying and lead innovation projects to improve current methods and frameworks, and develop the creation of new thought leadership – best practices, white papers, financials models, new product value proposition
  • Travel within region is approximately 20%

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of consultative experience within cyber security, networking or general IT
  • Experience building business cases – through transformative stories and financial benefit models
  • Experience partnering with sales and leadership to drive deals forward
  • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Business Value Advisory role (Engagement Manager, Strategic / Financial Planning, Cloud Transformation Advisory, etc.)
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills – you must be able to communicate at a business level with internal teams, customers, and C-level executives
  • Ability to operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, high growth and constantly evolving team environment
  • Culture is important: Leadership, drive and passion – ability to persuade, sell ideas and lead without authority; collaboration mindset
