What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Sr. Treasury Specialist responsible for launching several core Treasury activities that have become demanded due to the company's fundamental transformation.
This is a very strategic role combining corporate finance with bank relationship functionality
Key Responsibilities:
Manage working capital to optimize cash flow and ensuring efficient liquidity management and risk mitigation
Evaluate and recommend credit products, investment instruments, and other financial services to maximize returns on surplus cash.
Conduct risk assessment for financial institutions / operation transactions / credit exposure.
Collaborate with the finance team to create financial forecasts and develop strategies for capital allocation.
Prepare financial analysis for investment decisions and capital structure optimization
Develop hedging FX strategies to protect against currency fluctuations.
Search the market for suitable banks and payment service providers, new banks/PSP and payment methods set up
Develop and maintain operational and strategic relationships with key banks.
Сommunicate with key stakeholders regarding ongoing KYC processes
Standardise KYC procedures across different jurisdictions
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and prepare regular reports on treasury activities and financial performance
Daily liquidity management
Implement TMS (Treasury Management Systems) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Required skills
Deep understanding of banking products, including credit products, liquidity management and investment instruments.
Experience in organising and optimising KYC processes.
Ability to analyse financial statements and understand key financial indicators.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.
Proficiency in English is a must, additional Ukrainian or Russian are highly desirable.
Experience working in an international environment and understanding of global financial markets.
Experience in working with TMS will be advantage
