We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join the Cloudflare Treasury team. As our newest Treasury team member, you will join a team that is responsible for global treasury operations, direct forecasting and free cash flow management, investment portfolio oversight, foreign currency risk management, and debt related activities. Strong analytical background, project management skills, and deep passion to push for clarity and drive results will be keys to your success. Key Responsibilities
- Manage global cash management activities including payments, cash positioning, funding, and interest income forecasting
- Lead M&A integration related activities from a treasury perspective
- Generate monthly and quarterly reporting, including fulfilling internal and external audit requirements
- Improve benchmarking of external asset managers and develop strategies to optimize investment performance
- Drive the implementation, streamlining and documentation of various treasury operations and procedures, considering compliance and business needs
- Assist with roll out of global FX program, including leading FX forecasting, execution, and reporting
- Become subject matter expert on treasury management system with oversight on cash management, financial transaction accounting, and payment related modules
- Partner with Head of Treasury to lead process enhancement and automation initiatives collaborating with finance & IT stakeholders
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- 8+ years work experience in treasury or banking, ideally in an international public corporation
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or quantitative field preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Flexible, inventive, and eager to learn
- Strong desire to automate treasury processes leveraging treasury technology
- Experience with Kyriba, Clearwater, Chatham a plus
- MBA, CTP, CPA or CFA preferred
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $166,000 - $202,000
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $185,000 - $226,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $ 194,000 -$238,000
