The Trainer is responsible for the effective execution and evaluation of specifically-assigned training interventions for employees and teams. The Global Learning & Development must responsibly initiate learning interventions by utilizing and building upon SupportNinja’s comprehensive skills-building programs to improve competencies. This role is critical in helping build high performing teams through the assessment of skills required for success, current caps in expertise, and what learning activities can improve competencies and fill existing gaps.

What does a day in the life as a Senior Trainer look like?
Determines training needs and requirements for sales LOB groups Identifies potential training materials to address needs of business partners Presents in-person and online training sessions Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrollment Prepares and analyzes post-training reports and requirements Conducts TNA using various data-gathering techniques and toolsMonitors training program effectiveness and adjusts content as needed for improvements Performs ROI analysis on learning interventions Finds and benchmarks new ways of educational and training techniques and methods to employ and apply in the improvement of skills-building activitiesInitiates/recommends/enhances policies/systems and procedures to ensure smooth delivery of TD services Specializes in the BPO industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminarsWorks with leaders to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
What are the required qualifications of a Senior Trainer?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or any related field Undergraduates welcome to apply with 3 years of related work experience Implements training programs from the entry-level up to managerial level using structured framework - 3 years of experience Knowledgeable in measurement and evaluation preparationPractices performance management, learning interventions, and policy creationExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans Tools: - LMS tool management - G Suite - creating modules Excellent communication and platform skillsFosters unity and teamwork Role model of company values and brand identityAmenable to work onsite at BGC, Taguig (at least 2 days a month)

Certified Trainer is an advantage - L&D training certificate Background with any authoring tool - Curriculum/Instructional design Job Intake Form Has experience in building Renewals Playbook and Save Plays
