We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. TA Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for product-related positions and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for product-related roles, such as Product Manager, Product Designer, and Product Operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the product domain.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field in science and engineering is preferred.

Proven experience in recruiting for product-related positions. Experience in the internet, technology, or web3 industry is preferred.

Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus.

Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated capability in problem identification and resolution.

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
