We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will play a key role in supporting our recruiting efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our talent acquisition processes.

Join forces with a global team of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates as you navigate the talent lifecycle from beginning to end.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth organization and efficient feedback gathering
- Ensure that every interaction with candidates, from initial contact to onboarding, is positive, and professional, and reflects LastPass's commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage recruitment systems and tools, including applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, and recruitment marketing platforms
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for talent acquisition operation
- Own various recruiting process functions, from document management to background check results collection
- Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, safeguarding a fair and inclusive recruitment process
- Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and strategies
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with Greenhouse
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, coupled with a relentless drive to get things done
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
