In this role you’ll get to:
As a senior level member of the team, you will have the opportunity to build our platform from the ground up, making it highly usable and enjoyable for marketers. This will include designing abstractions, APIs, and systems to power our next-generation, massively-scalable platform. You will design complex features and improvements, drive the implementation of major product initiatives, and guide best practices for the team. This role comes with a huge amount of autonomy and requires one to mentor, participate in code reviews, and lead by example.
We are looking for people who have:
- Advanced Knowledge of React / Redux
- Solid knowledge of javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with common JS libraries and modern build tools, server-side MVC web frameworks, AWS stack
- Exposure to Redis, Postgres, graphql, and Pulsar
- Experience working on a large-scale production web application
- Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
Bonus Points:
- Experience with testing frameworks/tools (Cypress, Selenium, Protractor, or Karma)
- Experience with web applications, databases, and distributed systems

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $133,500 - $206,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
