Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions. While your primary expertise lies in Java, you are versatile and willing to learn various programming languages and frameworks, including Angular, C#, mobile development, Scala, and Apache Spark. Your ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks is essential in driving the success of our diverse and dynamic projects.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in multiple languages as required by different projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality
- Solving problems with the software, as well as introducing improvements
- Preparing technical documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java/Backend programming
- Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot Microservices
- Knowledge of REST
- Knowledge of the process and tools supporting software development (Maven/Gradle, Git, JIRA, Confluence, code review, CI)
- Knowledge of containerization issues (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Spring Boot
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka
- Experience in working with agile methodologies
Nice to have, but willingness to learn is essential:
- Knowledge of Angular
- Knowledge of C#/Xamarin
- Knowledge of Scala/Spark
