About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and React to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.

This individual will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our products, contributing to the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Your Area of Focus

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and React technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust software solutions that meet business objectives.
Participate in architectural design discussions and provide recommendations for improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, and incorporate these insights into our development processes.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Your Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.
Proficiency in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
Experience with modern software development tools and practices, such as version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Spring Framework) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and advancements.
