As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base by identifying, engaging, and converting key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales via LinkedIn and email, to generate leads and schedule high-value sales meetings.
This is not a high-volume, “spray and pray” sales role. You will take and drive a strategic Account-Based Selling (ABS) approach, focusing on high-value target accounts through personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email. Your goal is to build relationships, generate leads, and schedule high-impact sales meetings that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Execute personalized outreach strategies using ABS for high-value accounts, including senior marketing, sales, and communications executives via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
Focus on strategic, relevant, and engaging quality outreach, while developing targeted outbound sales campaigns.
Refine the sales strategy, define and identify ideal customer profiles, and tailor messaging to align with their pain points and AI-driven solutions.
Manage cold contact lists for optimal quality and conversion rates, drive top-of-funnel activities to secure high-value discovery calls and demos.
Track and analyze outreach performance to improve messaging and conversions, establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities.
Build curated landing pages for sales activities and provide feedback from prospects to shape product-market fit.
Stay updated on Generative AI trends to tailor outreach for maximum impact.
Must-haves
+5 years of B2B sales experience in consulting, technology, or AI-driven solutions.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Digital).
Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and CRM tools.
Demonstrated usage of Gen AI tools to support sales activities.
Ability to craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers.
Skilled in lead qualification, objection handling, and consultative selling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
