LastPass is looking for Senior Sales Systems Product Owner:  

We are seeking a Senior Sales Systems Product Owner to join our Enterprise Systems team, bringing a passion for and experience in sales, marketing, business processes, and technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hyper-growth environment alongside smart, mission-driven, and motivated individuals. 

About the team: 

Enterprise Systems is part of the Digital Technology Solutions organization, a team of trusted advisors dedicated to enabling business growth through digital transformation, operational excellence, and exceptional experiences for employees and customers. We achieve this by gaining a deep understanding of business processes and delivering elegant solutions using Salesforce.com and related applications.

Who will you work with? 

You will be responsible for the technology that drives core lead-to-opportunity business processes, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Operations teams, as well as colleagues in Enterprise Systems, to ensure that our systems support the organization's fast-paced growth.

You will also be working with our offshore development team which may lead to early morning meetings.  We are ideally looking for someone comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? 

  • Leverage deep process knowledge, technical experience, and best practices to build systems that support the Sales and Marketing teams throughout the lead-to-opportunity journey.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of LastPass’s business model, objectives, and strategies, driving process and technology recommendations to help achieve our goals.
  • Build trust and confidence with stakeholders by demonstrating an understanding of their goals and objectives, developing requirements, driving the design and development processes, and communicating delivery updates.
  • Take a hands-on approach when necessary to build new system functionality that supports enhancements and projects using Salesforce.com and related technologies.
  • Manage the reliable delivery of projects and enhancements within your portfolio, focusing on defined objectives and measures of success.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems team to evolve processes, tools, and systems to ensure consistent, high-quality work.
  • Participate in the discovery of new capabilities by conducting initial analyses and recommending a path forward, which may include assessing new tools and systems needs and their alignment with marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a strong security architecture and process to build safe and secure systems, protecting user, customer, and employee data.

What does it take to work at LastPass?  

  • Experience balancing stakeholder needs and business objectives to refine business requirements, document business processes, and map them to technical solutions, as well as defining metrics to measure success in coordination with other teams for process monitoring.
  • Implemented, managed, and supported various sales and marketing tools such as ZoomInfo, Marketo, 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and/or similar applications.
  • Strong familiarity and experience in designing scalable solutions for business processes that span the customer journey.
  • A collaborator and co-creator who takes ownership in solving problems.
  • An effective communicator who can translate business needs into technical requirements while fostering a common understanding across functional teams.
  • Builds strong relationships and partnerships, effectively resolving conflicts to improve and maintain positive interactions.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and can wear multiple hats as needed.
  • Must possess at least one Salesforce.com certification, such as Salesforce Administrator.

It's great, but not required: 

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $99,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $130,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
