Overview:
As a Senior Sales Recruiter specializing in Cyber Security, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent within the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the acquisition of candidates who not only meet technical requirements but also align with the company’s culture and values. Your expertise in sales recruitment combined with a deep understanding of cybersecurity will be instrumental in building a strong sales team that drives business growth and meets the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for sales roles within the cybersecurity domain.
- Actively and creatively evaluate, network, and guide the best talent for current and future opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., networking, direct sourcing, referrals, job boards) to identify and attract passive and active candidates with expertise in cybersecurity sales.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market trends to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR, ensuring competitive and compelling compensation packages.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in recruitment practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives and employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice within the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Experience in recruiting for companies with two-tier channel roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and challenges, particularly as they relate to sales and business development.
- The ability to source and hire for senior-level leadership positions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
Experience and Education:
- At least 8 years of sales recruitment experience in the technology sector
- Related experience recruiting in cybersecurity is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
