What We're Looking for
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with experience selling technology to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the community and regional banking space. Working directly with our VP of Sales you will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, process, and culture.
What You’ll Do
- Identify potential FinTech and bank prospects, create and nurture opportunities, and own the full sales cycle from initial lead through close
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, becoming a trusted advisor to their executives, product teams, and developers
- Work with our marketing teams to create campaigns and collateral
- Collaborate with our product teams to share product feedback and further build out our product capabilities
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 to 7 years of business development experience selling financial technology to banks
- Exceptional negotiation skills that foster trust and leave everyone feeling like they won
- A nimble, solution-oriented approach to developing business models and agreements
- Practical knowledge of the FinTech and banking markets, and the tech stacks that support them
- Ability (and desire) to work independently and thrive in a complex, fast-paced startup environment
- Multi-faceted communication skills that enable you to align technical and non-technical audiences and concepts with ease
- Results-oriented mindset, with a bias toward action

The salary for this full-time position (USD: $150,000) is determined by role, level, and location. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and other factors.
