Senior Retail Strategy & Ops Associate
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Build technical-based processes to support Retail team operations, and fully own and execute process inquiries/issues/incidents.
- Build out reporting dashboards to analyze operational metrics, help prioritize follow-up actions, and continuously look to identify process bottlenecks and their solutions while using unit cost economics to find creative ways to keep operating costs to a minimum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to understand customers’ needs, recognize areas for improvement, and anticipate desired outcomes.
- Supervise the health/good shape of the owned processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Communicate process status, process impact, resource requirements, business issues, technical issues, and their resolutions.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 2+ years of technical project management, business analysis or similar experience preferably with building and growing SaaS applications.
- Turned manual processes into automated ones using a variety of tools (Excel, SQL, data integrators, process automation), used constant iteration to improve efficiencies, build and maintain reporting to track success
- Maintained command over several variably sized projects of varying complexity (reporting, data management, process execution) proactively balancing your time throughout the day/week to drive team success
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards, how to build & maintain them, determine when they are needed, and operationalize them
- Proven track record in building strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and building influence within an organization brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise.
- Detail orientation and comfort with tackling and troubleshooting technical challenges, and navigating complex data formats and reporting.
- Ability to participate in strategic decisions and be resilient in the face of disagreement, changing business needs and structure, and failure; able to focus on the appropriate time horizon given the situation.
- Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done with time-sensitive requests
- English fluency is critical.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge required
