The Product Experience Research team is part of the broader Data & Insights organization at Netflix. Our team occupies a central role in uncovering compelling ways to engage and entertain our global members and prospective members. This Senior Researcher role supports the Member Experience and Personalization teams, which strive to make finding the right title on Netflix intuitive and compelling with highly relevant recommendations tailored to members’ in-the-moment needs. Specifically, this role focuses on consumer-facing experiences in the Netflix app and search & recommendations experiences powered by machine learning to maximize member satisfaction. You will innovate on experiences to delight members in our mission to entertain the world.

About you:
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $110,000 - $440,000.
