Right now we are looking for a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our quality assurance department, you will work with an extensive tech stack that includes Python with Pytest for backend testing, Node.js with Cypress for web UI tests, Locust and K6 for load testing. While our CI/CD processes currently utilize GitLab, we are in the transition phase towards GitHub. Moreover, there is a potential opportunity to delve into mobile auto-tests using Kaspresso and EarlGrey.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend, web UI.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to determine the necessary and sufficient coverage for features.
- Manage our CI/CD processes.
- Flexibly switch between various tasks and projects, as our automation efforts are not siloed into narrowly focused departments. You will be responsible for overseeing all automated tests within the company.
- Independently initiate communication with the development team to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in QA automation, with a solid grasp of our technology stack: Python (Pytest), Node.js (Cypress), Locust, K6, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different technologies and projects, demonstrating flexibility in handling various testing tasks.
- Strong capability in self-managed work, including the initiative to communicate with development teams and determine the extent of feature coverage independently.
- Experience in developing or significantly contributing to automated testing frameworks is essential. This includes both creating new frameworks and expanding upon existing ones.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
