We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. As the quality assurance (QA) Analyst you will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design manual test procedures. You will be liaising with the Developers, Product Managers, and BA’s to identify and test key features of our products. You will participate as part of a cross-functional Agile team and will advocate for and ensure quality for their team. You will participate in development design sessions and provide feedback from a quality perspective. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams including offshore. You will lead and define transitions to embed quality practices within our new platform and most importantly, you will be designing and developing Manual Test Cases for all layers of the solution (front and back end).
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of proven success with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies with 5+ years of experience in Manual and Integration testing.
- Good experience in Retail Domain.
- Develop test strategy, test plan to ensure quality.
- Create, maintain and execute test cases including functional, regression, integration tests.
- Hands-on experience in Mobile testing with both iOS and Android.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process
- Perform root cause analysis of complex issues and work with dev team in resolving issues.
- Strong experience taking part in sprints planning, estimations and retrospectives.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication and social skills backed up with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
- Preferably looking for Immediate joiners/30days notice period candidates.
