The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team reporting directly to the COO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with significant experience in a high growth startup and Big 4 Advisory to establish our cross-functional project management team. In this role you will be the first dedicated project management employee with an opportunity to work across departments and teams to establish a project management discipline and influence the delivery of key projects across all non-technical functions of the company. You will play a key cross functional role working with executives across the company to enhance the timeliness, efficiency and delivery of strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR and other functional areas. You will own the central project management function with the core responsibility for establishing structure to how we monitor, communicate and deliver projects across the company.
This is an exciting opportunity to exercise the knowledge and skills you've gained over several years as a consultant or within an advisory function at a Big 4 and apply them to building out a similar in-house function at one of the most exciting cybersecurity startups. We're tackling ransomware head-on and we need your help to ensure we continue operating efficiently and scale thoughtfully.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations and other areas as directed by the COO
- Develop and implement a project management structure including project scope, objectives and desired outcomes across departments within the company
- Work with executive team to understand the needs of each department to set a clear vision and goals for each project
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations, providing updates along the way
- Where appropriate, prepare a budget based on project scope, setting and adhering to budgetary allocation
- Where appropriate, create and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably several years at a fast-growing, early stage start up
- Big 4 Advisory experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules, experience holding stakeholders accountable and delivering consistent results across departments and levels
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative and naturally curious

Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000
