Job Description
RM2 Digital is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced programmer to join our team, working on a creative and collaborative organization. You will be part of a high-performing team that can develop ideas and comes up with brilliant solutions to the needs of our customers. You will work collaboratively, and be involved in day-to-day decision making, to result in a high-quality game.
As a Senior Programmer in RM2 Digital, you will be counted on to provide expertise in software design, architecture, and best practices on mobile games using Unity Engine. You will be responsible for helping develop high-quality systems and tools to support those systems and interfacing with other departments (Design, Art, Production, and QA).

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of game development experience
- Expertise in Unity/C# development
- Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines including Design, Product Management, Art, Production, QA etc.
Responsibilities:
- Define, architect, develop, test, and support new and existing gameplay features, as well as debug, manage, and resolve live game issues
- Develop and integrate tools that enhance the development pipeline across disciplines
- Actively drive and contribute to conversations and work closely with other disciplines to make our games amazing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes as well as code
Pluses
- Experience with PHP, SQL
- Mobile Game Development experience
