In partnership with marketing, product management, revenue operations, and customer success leadership teams, the incumbent in this role will be an expert on our customers, market, our feature set, and its benefits. The incumbent will support message and campaign development for new product launches and existing features and empower our customer-facing teams to communicate our value to the market.

How you'll add value:

  • Product Positioning: Works in concert with product management, sales, customer success to develop the product positioning, messaging, and marketing collaterals including presentations and other materials. 
  • Product Go-to-Market: Works with various internal/external teams (product, campaign, creative, web, sales, PR) and external partners to implement GTM strategies and campaigns. 
  • Revenue Enablement: Acts as an adviser to sales and communicates the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develops the sales tools that support the selling process of products. He/she is the key resource in interacting with engineering, product management, and other marketing groups to support customers. 
  • Roadmap Guidance: Actively participates in the product roadmap review process, understands, and communicates the impact on the roadmap from the market and competitive analysis 
  • Master deep customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis and customer interviews and utilize it on the go-to-market strategy. 
  • Create enablement material and tools (talk tracks, presentations, sell sheets, demos, product documentation, team training, etc.) that empower Revenue teams to have impactful conversations 
  • Field messaging and positioning requests from Revenue teams and assist with prioritization of marketing activities to support individual markets or verticals. 
  • Collect ongoing feedback from Revenue teams on messaging and positioning via Clari, direct outreach, and other sessions as needed. 

  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 
  • 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience 
  • Experience in launching B2B SaaS products 
  • Ability to be a self-starter, set priorities, and collaborate with different elements of a business organization  
  • Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated capability of authoring industry and product-related blogs, white papers, and presentations 
  • A highly motivated, proactive individual that can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly 
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills, well-spoken and articulate technologist with the ability to talk to every level, from C-level executive to Sales and even to the mainstream consumer

  • This position has a salary range of $130K-$145K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
