Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve user acquisition, conversion, and retention through homepage, lifecycle, wallet etc. Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and growth opportunities, delivering seamless and engaging experiences that leads to user growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to execute initiatives that align with business goals.Conduct user research, A/B testing, and market analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize impactful solutions.Design and launch features, localizing solutions that addresses the unique needs of crypto users globally.Use data-driven insights to define success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and guide product strategies.Act as an advocate for user conversion within the organization, aligning stakeholders and driving the execution of high-priority initiatives.Explore the use of AI and machine learning applications in User Conversion.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on user growth, conversion, or engagement, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or blockchain industries.Proven track record of driving growth and user conversion through data-informed strategies.Strong understanding of growth funnels, user behavior, and platform best practices tailored to crypto products.Skilled in analyzing user data, conducting research, and leveraging insights to deliver measurable results.Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to planning and executing impactful product solutions.
