About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of Insightly, including our CRM, marketing, and customer service platforms. You'll manage the product roadmap, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the Vision: Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision for Insightly, aligning with Unbounce’s overall strategy and the evolving needs of the MarTech industry.
- Lead with Data: Drive product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights. Translate your findings into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- MarTech Mastery: Leverage your deep understanding of the MarTech landscape to identify opportunities for integration, automation, and innovation within Insightly. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate Fearlessly: Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a seamless product development and launch process.
- Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics, track product performance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in MarTech (marketing technology) and CRM platforms. Experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or sales enablement tools is a significant plus.
- Technical Acumen: Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM, MarTech, and customer service platform integration.
- Data-Driven: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM analytics, marketing attribution, user behavior, customer service metrics) to inform product decisions.
- Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by sales, marketing, and project teams, especially within the SMB market.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for Growth: A drive to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in the fast-paced world of MarTech and CRM.

- Experience with marketing attribution modelling.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
