Role and Responsibilities:
Product ExecutionTranslate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories.Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards.Coordinates implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departmentsUnderstands and identifies cross-functional dependencies and able to mitigate risks
Customer InsightEngage with clients' customers to refine AI solutions based on feedback.Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement.Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines.
Product StrategyDefine & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client’s objectives.Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives.
Influencing PeopleWorks with client stakeholders to ensure the realization of business outcomes in working solutionsEngage with clients' customers to refine AI solutions based on feedback.Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver successComfortable challenging assumptionsHas a collaborative sprit and is a team player
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience5 - 7 years of product manager experience Must be resourceful, with the ability to find solutions where they are not obviousGenerative AI product strategy and prototypingAI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis)Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation enginesStrong foundation with multiple AI product tools (Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, others )Data-driven decision-making and user experience design principlesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsTelecom, MarTech and/or STEM background (preferred but not required)Digital agency experience is a plusWillingness to travel 25% of the time
