Senior Product Designer - Work from Anywhere - GMT to GMT +5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design process for our web application, from concept to final implementation all the way through to validation, testing and iteration, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The success of your work will be based on the business and customer outcomes impacted.
  • Simplify Complex Journeys: Translate complex HR processes into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
  • Digital & Service Design: Apply expertise in both digital product design and service design to create cohesive and efficient solutions both on and off our platform.
  • User-Centred Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, legal, finance, payroll and other stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
  • Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design and preferably service design for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro, Notion and Jira.
  • User Research: Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and enhance user experiences.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively across different time zones within Europe and the UK.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
