Our Product Designers form part of the Design practice at Octopus, which is distributed across cross-functional teams. Designers across the company stay connected and supported through design team rituals that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
This Senior Product Designer role will be embedded in the Billing Experience Team working alongside Engineers and a Business Analyst, to deliver strategic and tactical solutions aligned to the team’s mission. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for understanding the user needs and articulating those needs back to the team to help support business objectives. In addition, this role will play a vital part in delivering a new interface for our customers when they purchase and manage Octopus products.
The compensation of this role is:
Level 2
Maturing: $110k AUD/$120k NZD Performing: $125k AUD/$13k NZD + stock options
Level 3 (Senior)
Maturing: $135k AUD/$145k NZD Performing: $145k AUD/$155k NZD + stock options
