We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences globally. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and culturally relevant digital products and services.
About this roll* (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand users, translating that understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
- Design intuitive experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
- Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
- Support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design
- Work closely with localization teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate and easily adaptable to different languages and regions.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (requirements):
- Experience with holistic design approaches, including journey mapping, to create delightful moments across the entire experience
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges as they arise
- Enough UX Research fluency to be data and insights driven
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve
- Fluency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools
- Passion for creating delightful, native-feeling experiences for our global customer base
