Your main tasks will include:
- Driving strategic and organizational change processes forward.
- Creating and promoting an inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Supporting our leaders in building and developing their departments.
- Being the first point of contact for all CLARKEEs and advising them on HR matters, from the CEO to team members.
- Being responsible for processes related to employee engagement, performance feedback, and employee development.
- Supporting HR controlling, salary benchmarking, and compensation strategy.
You are right with us if:
- You have a bachelor's degree and several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- You have initial experience with performance feedback processes and compensation strategies.
- You have experience and/or a strong interest in developing and implementing career paths to promote employees effectively.
- You have a good understanding of business and HR, and you excel in problem-solving, especially in a dynamic environment.
- You are team-oriented, creative in developing new strategies, and motivated to contribute to the company's success.
- You have excellent English language skills (German is a plus!) and have solid knowledge in the HR field.
- You have initial experience with German labor law and handling HR-related documents.
- You are characterized by proactivity, initiative, and a high degree of independent work.
