Overview: Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for technology, and capable of executing on strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding CircleCI's channel sales with AWS’ go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in establishing CircleCI as the go-to CI/CD solution within AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow CircleCI revenue through AWS achieving quarterly metrics and sales targets.
- Serve as the nexus of the relationships between the go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS.
- Identify and recruit new AWS go-to-market teams, fostering relationships to drive mutual value and enhance CircleCI's offerings.
- Collaborate with CircleCI’s Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness and co-selling of CircleCI’s solutions by AWS teams.
- Run the sales enablement of CircleCI’s go-to-market teams.
- Manage the metrics dashboard.
- Work with Sales Engineering to communicate CircleCI’s value proposition to the AWS technical field community.
- Represent the Voice of the Partner within CircleCI, facilitating partner engagement across all internal functions.
- Drive strategic initiatives with the Head of Business Development to expand CircleCI's presence in the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in meeting metrics and sales targets through channel partners, preferably within the DevSecOps ecosystem.
- Background in designing and executing marketing and promotional activities with partners to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth.
- Track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
- Understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends impacting customer opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to leverage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive successful outcomes.
