LastPass is looking for a Senior Partner/Channel Marketing Manager - EMEA:

We are looking to hire a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to support our partner program covering EMEA territory remotely from the UK (Preferably from the Greater London area).

You will be working with current partners (MSPs, VARs/Solution Providers and Distributors), as well as responsible for recruiting new partners to continue to grow and expand LastPass’ reach and adoption in EMEA.

Who will you work with?

This role will report to the Director of Global Partner Marketing, and you will work closely with the partner sales team in region to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
You will be part of a team of partner marketers who you will collaborate for synergies in executing the partner program.  You will also collaborate with the broader marketing organization for support around executing tactics, developing content, etc.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Developing and executing the marketing strategy to support and grow the partner program in the region through innovative and strategic partner/channel marketing activities.
  • Developing campaigns and localizing content to help partners market and sell LastPass to their customers.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to recruit new partners.
  • Creation/Curation/Adaptation of content to help support your campaigns: Webinars, Blogs, Social, Newsletter, emails, events, etc.
  • Measuring ROI and effectiveness. Tracking and reporting results against established targets to key stakeholders as well as recommending adjustments to the program based on data findings to increase effectiveness and performance.
  • Budget managing with a focus on spend efficiency and ROI.
  • Occasional travel to represent LastPass at tradeshows, partner events, etc.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Partner/channel marketing experience. Including working with MSPs, Distis, Resellers and Referral Partners.
  • Detail oriented project management and execution skills 
  • Excellent networking and communication skills 
  • Have conceived and executed marketing campaigns end-to-end 
  • Ability to quickly understand business objectives and create well-aligned marketing strategy and hands on execution of plans.
