About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as Senior Paid & SEO Specialist. This role will own Airtm’s performance marketing and search strategy, driving measurable user acquisition, activation, and retention across core markets (LATAM) and experimental markets (Africa, Asia). This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic SEO execution, ensuring Airtm captures both immediate demand via Paid and sustainable growth via Organic.

What you’ll be responsible for

Performance Marketing (Paid Media)

- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc).
- Manage and scale budgets efficiently, ensuring strong CAC and payback period.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages.
- Build localized paid strategies by market (e.g. freelancers in Argentina).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and implement Airtm’s SEO roadmap across target markets.
- Optimize website structure, internal pages, and blog content for ranking, conversion.
- Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and organic-to-signup conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

- Own Paid + SEO dashboards, tracking CAC, CTR, ROAS, and organic traffic growth.
- Provide actionable insights for weekly growth meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Growth to align campaigns with onboarding and retention flows.
- Work with Content/Design to produce high-performing assets for ads and SEO.
- Support Feature Owners with targeted campaigns.

Experience & skills

- 4–6+ years in Paid Media and SEO, ideally in fintech/crypto or high-growth startups.
- Proven track record managing multi-market paid budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, GA4).
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable growth steps.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
