Job Description
Provide engineering services to all MasterBrand's facilities, including equipment design, installations and start-up of equipment, project management, continuous productivity improvement, and best practices implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze equipment needs for production projects
- Analyze equipment quotations and prepare purchase recommendations.
- Prepare equipment purchase specifications and contracts.
- Manage equipment testing and installations.
- Develop TPM & SOS documents for equipment.
- Design, develop and implement equipment and process improvements.
- Assist in Problem solving activities.
- Capital project management.
Qualifications
- Machine and Process design skills
- Project Management skills
- CNC and PLC Machine Control knowledge
- Process capability and capacity testing knowledge
- TPM process knowledge
- Industrial Finish knowledge helpful
- Pneumatic Conveyance knowledge helpful
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
- Team player
- Professional approach and demeanor
- Willingness to travel is a must
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience leading teams, managing projects, design, development and implementation of process improvements.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Travel Required: 50% - 75%
