We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing systems, processes, and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the global marketing function at COMPLY. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our marketing and sales performance, improve data quality, and streamline processes.
Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Operations, you will drive cross-functional alignment with marketing team members as well as GTM executives and other cross-functional stakeholders, while executing strategic initiatives that positively impact the company's revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of B2B SaaS Marketing.

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $100,000-$120,000 plus applicable commission/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
