What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance and scale our Paid Social channels, with a focus on TikTok. This individual will leverage data insights on how to use the platform efficiently and drive strategic decisions in user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing ROI and other metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
Work with business requirements, detail them into analytical reports/ad-hocs
Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
Reviewing marketing results to improve performance (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement)
Collaborate with team members on business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisions
Required skills:
At least 4 years in Marketing/Data analyst role
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/etc
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
Understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing
Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results
English Upper-intermediate — verbal and written
Understanding of UA funnel (knowledge how to work with SRN, non-SRN)
Ability to work on several projects at a time, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
Familiarity with MMP, GA4, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
Knowledge of data design/ data modelling
