What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support our Creative Studio team to measure the impact of our creative assets in driving user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the performance of creative assets (images, videos, graphics) across multiple marketing channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities and bring recommendations to the creative team for improving the effectiveness and conversion based on data.
Develop and maintain dashboards that track the performance of creative assets, providing regular updates and performance reports.
Work closely with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure that marketing assets are aligned with data-driven insights and audience behavior.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all reporting and data management tasks
Required skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience working with creative and marketing teams to improve campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis and experience with visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/etc
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results
Able to communicate effectively in English
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
Knowledge of data design/ data modeling
