What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, who will empower our Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to make the best decisions on how to drive user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
Work with business requirements, detail them into analytical reports/ad-hocs
Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
Reviewing marketing results to improve performance (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement)
Collaborate with team members on business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisions
Required skills:
At least 2 years in Marketing/Data analyst role
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/etc
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
Understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing
Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results
English Upper-intermediate — verbal and written
Understanding of UA funnel (knowledge how to work with Facebook, Google)
Ability to work on several projects at a time, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
