Senior Manager, Partnerships

  About the role and why it’s unique:

  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high performing environment.
  • Bring unique partnership opportunities to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to maximize the impact and reach of partnerships.
  • Conduct cold outreach to creators, agents, and agencies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
  • Handle inbound leads and evaluate potential partnerships to align with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and larger deals, ensuring favorable terms that drive value for both partners and the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact.

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience in a partnerships role, with a proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to bring unique partnership ideas and engagement strategies.
  • Proven success managing multiple partnerships accounts.
  • Analytical and able to use data to drive decision making.

Even better if you have:

  • Gaming or sports industry experience
  • Experience building partnerships with creators and influencers
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
