- Conduct cold outreach to creators, agents, and agencies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
- Handle inbound leads and evaluate potential partnerships to align with company objectives.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and larger deals, ensuring favorable terms that drive value for both partners and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in a partnerships role, with a proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to bring unique partnership ideas and engagement strategies.
- Proven success managing multiple partnerships accounts.
- Analytical and able to use data to drive decision making.

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
