Affirm is looking for a passionate Senior Manager, Network Marketing to support marketing campaigns with key enterprise partners to drive business impact. You will execute full-funnel marketing campaigns with Affirm’s largest enterprise merchants that align with our shared marketing goals and objectives.
You'll work closely with external and internal cross-functional teams including Client Success, Communications, Brand and Creative, Growth and Consumer Marketing, Sales, and Legal and Compliance to conceive, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and intent. The right candidate will be equipped to build strong, long-term relationships with our partners’ marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a wide range of full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. This role will work with cross-functional leaders internally and externally.
- Nurture marketing relationships with key enterprise partners, leading marketing strategy, planning, and execution of campaigns to drive growth for Affim and partners.
- Work closely with the Brand & Creative team and external agencies to create and develop campaign creative and content assets.
- Support business critical processes such as maintaining the partner marketing budget, comprehensive marketing calendar, compliance submissions and more.
- Leverage industry knowledge and research to develop marketing strategies and plans that drive business goals.
What We Look For
- At least 8-10 years in Partner, Brand or Product Marketing experience
- Experience working with partners to co-develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
- Analytical thinking and data oriented. Focus on performance metrics to build high performing campaigns that deliver results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Ability to influence teams and individuals, as well as effectively leverage and utilize resources and relationships for optimal results.
- Motivated self-starter always looking to share acquired knowledge with others.
- Understanding of cross-media strategy, planning and measurement.
- Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative and adapting based on insights.
- Excellent project management skills including time management and process efficiency
- Background using both brand marketing and performance analytics to continuously optimize.
- Understanding of the media landscape with experience in retail media networks or other performance marketing
- Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.

Min: $123,200
Mid: $154,000
Max: $184,800
