Position Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take the lead in building our brand and driving comprehensive marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will shape our brand identity, optimize our marketing initiatives, and collaborate across key functions such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial part in leading our corporate marketing endeavors, including event marketing, public relations, social media, and brand development. Your responsibilities will also shape our company's narrative, enhance market awareness, and foster impactful connections with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic, data-focused approach, exceptional project management abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to guide cross-functional teams within a fast-growing company.

This role is crucial to ensuring our brand identity is consistently represented, our marketing efforts are optimized for impact, and our teams are seamlessly aligned. With a focus on integrated brand management, this position will lead in crafting compelling narratives, enhancing market presence, and fostering key stakeholder relationships. This role seamlessly blends your branding and project management expertise with your data-driven approach, while leveraging your interpersonal skills to foster and lead collaborative cross-functional relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, specializing in integrated brand management for a B2B SaaS company with a diverse product portfolio.
  • Management experience, desire to grow and scale a team long-term.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated brand campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, adept at analyzing complex market dynamics and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals, enhance brand identity, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, continuously refine brand positioning, monitor key brand metrics, identify innovative branding opportunities, foster brand advocacy, and develop strategies for crisis management to protect and enhance brand reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives that support business growth.
  • Brand Content and Campaign Management: Lead the creation and distribution of compelling brand content across digital and traditional channels (including websites, social media, email campaigns, PR, Events and collateral materials) to engage audiences and drive customer acquisition/retention.
  • Customer-Centric Marketing: Champion a customer-centric approach in all marketing efforts, ensuring that strategies and campaigns consistently deliver value, enhance the overall customer experience, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Market Research and Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior. Analyze campaign performance and business intelligence to optimize marketing strategies, drive continuous improvement, and enhance overall ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Stay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments.

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
