Remote: United States
USD $150,000~$200,000
Management

This role is the centralized producer and operational manager for Corporate Marketing, serving as a primary liaison for integrated campaigns, large-scale projects and events, operational improvements, and general production strategy. Using highly developed interrelational skills, you will seek to understand, clarify, and operationalize projects big and small to increase efficiency and productivity through storytelling and content, creative, and global events, all driving back toward the wider business impact. You will apply your comprehensive production experience for efficient and clear planning and delivery, bringing fresh ideas to solve problems, managing resources, and outlining success metrics to ensure Corporate Marketing is a strategic and impactful business partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Integrated Creative and Content Operations Advisor: Interface with constituents, oftentimes senior or executive, to ensure campaigns, large events, or other initiatives are supported with production considerations at the onset, avoiding pitfalls and delays. Bring options to help Neo4j demonstrate innovation and leadership.
  • Day-to-day Deliverable Management: Support a wide variety of deliverables (digital, written, video, graphics, swag, email, reports, event materials, etc) ensuring that inputs are complete for kick-off. Set up workback schedules and clear expectations across the creative and content ecosystem with a singular flow. Adjust resourcing and schedules around changes, always prioritizing focused work-blocks for creative teams.
  • Short and Long-Term Resource Modeling: Absorb the goals of the business and marketing, plan with other teams, and translate implications for Corporate Marketing production delivery. Present plans for review, including recommendations, timing, and costs. Communicate all approved plans with a bias for action.
  • Agency Partnership and Communications: Work with primary agencies on projects, ensuring all constituents are coordinated, timely, and productive. Consider agencies as extensions for creative and content teams within resource modeling, building strong partnerships.
  • Internal and External Corporate Training: Build and execute training internally/externally (agencies, consultants) on terms of engagement, process flows, and general SLAs, always being open to ways to improve. Collaborate with Marketing Operations on tools and adoption, trouble-shooting as needed.
  • Drive Efficiency with Tools and Tech: Expertise in our project management tool (Asana) for day-to-day operations. Contribute ideas of improvement within our library, CMS systems (Bynder and Saleshood), template platform (Canva), and other tech integrations.
  • Corporate Marketing Communications: Assist orchestration of wider Corporate Marketing projects and develop holistic communications to keep the organization well-informed. Provide status updates, both written and verbal, and occasionally present on wider projects.
  • Outline and Track Performance Metrics: Outline key metrics to track on an ongoing basis to show volume, pacing, trends, gaps, and other KPIs within the production ecosystem.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a positive culture that encourages ideas, assumes positive intent, leads with diplomacy, and upholds integrity. As an individual contributor, serve as a peer coach and influence others.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in integrated project management, production, creative operations or a similar role
  • Bring a strong, experience-driven POV while fostering equally strong working relationships across teams– including the ability to welcome input from diverse perspectives in a way that drives participation and partnership
  • Experience building project requirements, workflows, and processes
  • Thrive in ambiguity, in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
  • Long-term operational thinking balanced with near-term execution skills
  • Adept at negotiating time utilization and constraints across multiple departments, projects, and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize large numbers of projects in a thoughtful, logical manner
  • Highly skilled in use of Asana for project management preferred, Bynder, Saleshood, Canva, Figma, and other tools a plus
  • Demonstrate the attributes of approachable (friendly, easy to talk to, inclusive), intentional (clear, focused), and confident (assured, driven)
  • Natural ability to inspire others– including every employee– to be a brand owner, while building enthusiasm for the Neo4j brand
  • Results orientation in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering high-caliber brand/ creative work under tight deadlines
