About You

The Senior Manager, Amazon Onsite Marketing and Media will execute account level strategies to deliver acquisition, reactivation, and retention, driving profitable growth on Amazon for the Nutrafol business.This position will deliver Amazon growth for the company by implementing the end-to-end customer journey and retention strategy, with a focus on growing and engaging our customer base to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The team is looking for a media and digital marketing specialist with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end brand experiences on Amazon that deliver measurable growth against key metrics. This role requires a growth and data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the value of a rapid test and learn approach.        

Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of strategies for attracting and acquiring new customers on Amazon, in order to meet KPIs & maximize ROI.
  • Implement media campaigns, monitor activity against budgets, and track performance to increase new customer entry, improve retention rate, and reduce churn. 
  • Leverage data to provide performance reporting, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform optimization strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Drive execution of analytics projects and creative asset development to enhance indexing, rank, and run rates of paid efforts, for brand growth and visibility on Amazon.
  • Identify and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage communications with external agency partners and cross-functional teams to drive highly incremental return.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing initiatives with  focus on Amazon best practices, guidelines, and key learnings. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in advertising, marketing, or business management.
  • 4+ years of experience in Search and Programmatic (DSP) Amazon advertising, content development, and reporting.
  • 3+ years experience with analytics tools, business and shopper insights, data-driven planning and optimization.
  • Experience managing media budgets and optimizing allocation for highest ROI.
  • Hands-on experience tracking and delivering data and insights to cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
  • Understanding of Amazon marketing and retail ecommerce landscape best practices, with experience in advertising.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and attention to detail; ability to identify and articulate highest impact initiatives.
