About the Role
You will be a critical team member on Lyra’s legal team to support its growing operations, fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to employers across the country.
You will have at least five years of experience working with a contract lifecycle management tool, preferably Ironclad and Salesforce, and technology systems such as ServiceNow to improve legal team efficiencies, among other things. You will support the commercial contracting team and others on the legal team in building scalable processes that increase the team’s efficiency and operational excellence. You will have experience optimizing the capabilities of management systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other records management systems, and can work independently with limited day to day oversight.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, extremely organized, detail oriented, customer service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business drivers and organizational needs. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with effective execution skills, the ability to operate autonomously and work proactively with various teams across the organizations.
