StackAdapt’s Solutions team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across our suite of programmatic advertising products. As a Senior Analyst, you will work on projects and partnerships that will improve the competitiveness of the platform, execute and deliver these suites of solutions to our clients, and influence new products and features. This role will allow you to work with multiple leaders across teams, such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations in shaping the future of AdTech & MarTech.

What you'll be doing:
Lead the development of the Solutions roadmap by implementing a rigorous ‘business problem discovery’ processDiligently study key clients’ strategic data integrations, technology and business processes and identify revenue growth, retention, collaboration and competitor analysis As a subject matter expert, the Senior Lead, Solutions is able to communicate StackAdapt’s vision with senior brand/holdco decision-makers and positively influence their business and technology strategiesTranslate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects which address identified gaps, working across Platform, Product, Partnerships and Operations; as a senior decision-maker, you are responsible for:Articulating the business challenge and the corresponding solutions to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and achieving alignment on project design, prioritization and resourcing with leaders spanning Legal, Product, Engineering, Revenue, Partnerships and Data Science organizations. Ensure the project’s success by building, maintaining and executing engagement plans and managing dependencies across internal and external partners. Manage timelines and delivery risk in order to ensure projects are released on time and StackAdapt continues to capitalize on its growth momentumDevelop and manage a robust go-to-market strategy, which includes (but is not limited to):Sourcing trusted brand and holdco partners willing to test new solutions via ‘Closed Beta’ PoCs in order to identify fixes, gather market feedback, finalize pricing, assign co-marketing opportunities and prepare for full releaseManaging new solutions through the commercialization funnel, which includes an ‘Open Beta’ phase prior to full releaseCoordinating with other go-to-market teams (including Product Marketing and Sales) on launch activities, including market positioning, partner or client co-marketing, sales enablement training, product marketing materials and client onboardingEstablishing a ‘Day 2’ framework for monitoring adoption, gathering and validating user feedback and integrating new feature improvements Build, maintain and grow relationships with ecosystem partners in order to enhance the breadth and depth of StackAdapt solutions across targeting, measurement and other areas of innovationRepresent StackAdapt’s vision at leading industry events and meet with ecosystem partners in order to advance strategic and commercial relationships
What you'll bring to the table:
5+ years of experience in any of the following: consulting, strategy & operations, growth, VC, PE, product management, partnerships & alliances, sales engineering, client services, program management, technical program management, business analytics, or experience shipping solutionsTrack record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teamsImpeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutionsProficiency with data analysis toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiencesPrior experience at a fast-growing B2B, AdTech, or MarTech firm is a plus
