As a Demo and Lab Architect at Zscaler, you will create our demo and lab environments. You will collaborate with different teams within Zscaler to ensure they have the resources necessary to demonstrate our products to potential customers and partners. Your experience with multiple programming languages will help build and maintain these environments.
The Demo and Lab Architect will work remotely from anywhere in Spain and report to the US-based Manager, Demos and Labs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environment Development: Build, customize, and maintain demo and lab environments that represent our products and solutions.
- Software Development: Develop scripts, utilities, and tools to automate environment setup, configuration, and testing.
- Collaboration: Work with the different teams to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions to enhance their capabilities; Occasionally engage with partners and customers to assist with environment setup and answer technical questions.
- Environment Optimization: Improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of demo and lab environments.
- Documentation: Create documentation for the lab environments, including installation guides and troubleshooting resources.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Scripting and programming skills, with the ability to develop scripts and tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
- 1+ years of experience with networking and cybersecurity products and an interest in learning more.
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Golang, Python, and Typescript.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMWare) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in creating and managing demo or lab environments.
