As part of the Customer Content & Education team the Sr. Instructional Designer will play an important role in helping us transform the customer education experience at HHAeXchange. In this role, you will be a content creator and partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Care, Product Management, and Product Marketing to create education and adoption content that will increase user adoption, engagement, and retention. Your success is defined by our customers’ success in using our products and features, product adoption, and customer retention. Required Education, Experience, Certifications, and Skills
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $95,000-$110,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
