Description
The Senior Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible
for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a
specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations,
and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role collaborates with Rapid Intelligence and Media
Intelligence teams to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. They act as a liaison
between the customer and our delivery organization, building strong relationships with peers for
a seamless customer experience. Additionally, they serve as an authority on the customer's
insights program, documenting evolving needs, risks, and opportunities to support retention and
identify upselling opportunities for senior-level stakeholders in Insights Consulting and
commercial departments.

• Ensures all requests and needs are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner in
collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams.
• Answers relevant questions/queries related to the client program, and proactively contact
the client in between service reviews.
• Leads on client comms during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary
briefs and appropriate client training.
• Leads customer presentations to present findings and recommendations on reporting.
• Supports the expansion and revenue growth of the overall Insights Consulting division via
the retention / upsell of current client services or supporting the onboarding of new clients
and opportunities.
